Frequently Asked Questions

 

1. How do I book a party?

Click on the Contact Us link for our contact information and hours of operation. Call, email or visit our location to book your party.

2. Is there a maximum number of children allowed?

We suggest that the ideal number of children is no more than 20. This allows us to focus our attention on each guest.

3. Are parents allowed at the party?

Parents are welcome to attend and participate in the adventure. We find that most parents want to participate and watch the adventure unfold. We ask that there is a minimum of 2 observing adults for each party. In addition, we ask that adults in the party rooms consider our adventure as a performance and try to keep their voices down while the entertainers are performing. We encourage parents to use our parents’ lounge to relax and chat with other parents.

4. Is there a deposit required to book a party?

The deposit is $50 and is non-refundable.

5. What happens if I need to cancel the party?

If your party must be cancelled, we will be happy to reschedule the party to another date and time. We will apply the deposit to the new date.

6. Where will the party be held?

There are several options. We can host the party at our party centre facility in Mississauga. We also provide party entertainment on-the-go and we can bring the party to your home, school, daycare or another private party room that you have arranged.

7. What age group do your parties cater to?

We offer several party themes that cater to children from 1-9 years of age. All of our party themes contain activities that appeal to a wide range of ages.
