Winter Preschool Programs

Kindergarten Head Start – Tuesdays 10:00 am -12:00 pm
Ages 3 - 4 years old

This program prepares children for the requirements of kindergarten. The program will include circle time, Jolly Phonics, math concepts, art, gross motor activities and some free play time in our indoor playground. Children attend this program independent of a parent. Class size is limited to 5 children to allow each child to receive individual attention.
Program goals:

Encourages child independence
Prepares child for kindergarten routines
Jolly Phonics gives child a head start in reading/writing
Learn co-operation and social skills in a small group setting
Develops self-control and self-confidence

KinderMusic/Gym Combo – Wednesdays 10:00 am -12:00 pm
Ages 2.5 - 4 years old

This is an active program combining music and physical fitness. Children will explore music through songs, movement and instruments. Children will develop gross motor skills through the use of gym equipment and sports games. Children attend this program independent of a parent. Class size is limited to 5 children to allow each child to receive individual attention.
Program goals:

Encourages child independence
Physical fitness, body awareness and coordination
Explore music through movement, song and instruments
Learn co-operation and social skills in a small group setting
Develops self-control and self-confidence

Creative Kids - Thursdays 10:00-11:30 am
Ages 2.5 - 4 years old

Is your child interested in art and drama? This program includes dramatic storytelling using puppets and costumes. Children will express themselves through drama activities and creative art projects using various art techniques and mediums. The art activities will focus on the theme of the week. Class size is limited to 5 children to allow each child to receive individual attention. Children attend this program independent of a parent or with parent involvement. Parents can play in the facility with siblings.

Fosters child’s creativity and self-expression
Learn co-operation and social skills in a small group setting
Develops self-control and self-confidence

Cost - All Fall Preschool Programs: 4 weeks $60, 10 weeks $120
